The work

A line of high-reach demolition excavators working on a part-demolished building.
A photograph, not a film and not our job: licensed stock, here to say what the trade is. Our own site photographs go up as clients release them.

ISP GROUP LLC

A short page, because most of what belongs here is not true yet.

Contractor pages are usually full of numbers nobody can check. This one carries what is verifiable today and leaves gaps where the answer is still coming.

What we do

We take out what has to go before the next trade can start: partitions, finishes, concrete, fixtures, whole structures. Across Miami-Dade County, under one scope that includes the haul-off, so there is no pile left waiting for a second contractor.

How a job is run

The same way every time, because the order is what decides the date. The survey and the federal notification are filed first, not last, since the notification alone runs ten working days and it runs in parallel with everything else. Utility disconnects start while the permit is in review. Protection goes in before the first wall comes down. Debris is separated at source, because a transfer station charges more to sort it than it costs to sort on site. The job ends with a swept floor, secured openings, the disposal tickets and photographs of the handed-over state.

Most delays in Miami-Dade demolition are not the demolition. They are the survey, the notice and the disconnects done in the wrong order, and that is a scheduling failure rather than a site one.

What you get in writing

A scope that names what comes out and what stays, so two quotes can be compared on the same basis. The permit position for your specific address, since the City of Miami, Miami Beach and unincorporated Miami-Dade do not agree with each other on filing, fees or construction hours. The disposal route. And the things that could move the number, stated before the work rather than after it.

No price is published on this site for any scope. A demolition number moves with access, height, disposal weight and whether abatement is involved, and a range quoted without seeing the site is either useless or untrue. The site visit is free and it is the only honest way to produce a figure.

Where we work

Miami-Dade County, from Aventura and Sunny Isles down to Homestead. That includes the municipalities that run their own building departments, which matters more for your schedule than it sounds.

What we are not claiming

You will not find a licence number, an insurance certificate, a review score or a project count on this site today, because none of them would be verifiable. Florida law treats advertising contracting services without a licence as an offence, and a count nobody can check is worth nothing to you anyway. Each of those will appear here the week it becomes real, and not before.
