Miami-Dade County
We cover the whole county. We only write pages where the rules change.
Miami-Dade has 34 municipalities plus a large unincorporated area, and the building department that issues your permit decides your timeline. These are the places where that difference is documented. Everywhere else, call and we will tell you which department you are dealing with.

Homestead, Hialeah, Doral, Coral Gables, Aventura, Pinecrest, Key Biscayne, Surfside and Sunny Isles Beach are all served. They have no page yet because no published demolition requirement specific to them was found, and a page that only swaps the town name into a template is worth nothing to you and nothing to a search engine.
