Miami-Dade County
Everything that has to come out before anything goes in.
Most jobs use three or four of these at once. We price them as one scope because that is how they actually run.
Interior Demolition
Partitions, ceilings, finishes and fit-out stripped back to shell, with the structure left intact.
Usually a tenant improvement or a condo renovation. The buyer cares about dust control, elevator and loading-dock scheduling, and the building's rules.
Residential Demolition
Single-family homes, additions, garages and accessory structures, cleared to grade.
A teardown before a rebuild. The buyer cares about the permit timeline, the asbestos survey and how fast the lot is clean.
Commercial Demolition
Retail, office, restaurant and warehouse space taken back to a leasable shell.
A landlord or a GC on a turnaround clock. The buyer cares about schedule certainty and about working nights.
Concrete Demolition
Slabs, footings, driveways, decks and walls cut, broken out and hauled.
Often a sub-scope inside someone else's job. The buyer cares about cutting method, vibration and whether the opening lands on the line.
Selective Demolition
Removing exactly what the drawings mark and nothing beside it, with the rest left in service.
A phased renovation in an occupied building. The buyer cares about protection of what stays and about who signs off on the line.
House Demolition
Full teardown of a house, from disconnects and survey through to a graded, cleared lot.
A developer or a homeowner starting over. The buyer wants a single number and a date the lot is clear.
Pool Demolition
Partial or full pool removal, backfilled and compacted to a buildable, documented standard.
A homeowner choosing between partial and full removal. The buyer needs to know which one keeps the lot buildable and insurable.
Kitchen Demolition
Cabinets, counters, tile, appliances and substrate out in a day, ready for the next trade.
A renovation about to start. The buyer cares that the plumbing and electrical are capped safely and nothing is damaged.
Bathroom Demolition
Fixtures, tile, waterproofing and substrate removed down to sound structure.
A small, fast job where the risk is water damage and the neighbour below.
Structural Demolition
Load-bearing elements removed under an engineer's sequence, with shoring in place.
Engineer-led work. The buyer is checking whether you understand shoring and sequencing before you touch anything.
