What we collect
If you fill in the estimate form we collect your name, phone number, email where you give one, the project address, what you tell us about the job and any files you attach. We also record which page the form was sent from, the referring site and any campaign tags in the link you arrived on, so we know which advertising is worth paying for.
Why we collect it
To price your job and to contact you about it. Campaign tags are used to measure advertising. That is the whole list.
Analytics
We use analytics to count visits and to see which pages lead to enquiries. Where consent is required, analytics loads only after you give it.
Who sees it
Our own staff and the service providers that run our email, our form processing and our analytics. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while the job is live and for as long as we are required to keep business records afterwards. Attachments to enquiries that never became jobs are deleted after twelve months.
Your choices
Write to us at the email address on this site to ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. Tell us to stop contacting you and we will.
Children
This site is for business enquiries and is not directed at children.
